It was the year of 1973 when our Managing Director, a postgraduate in Chemistry, came into the business of Dyes & Chemicals under a multinational dyestuffs company of France.
Dysin came into life under the name & style of DYSIN-CHEM LIMITED for Indenting, Import and Distribution of Dyes & Chemicals mainly for Textile Industries. Since then we are importing from France, Belgium, U.S.A., Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, China and India.

NAM Trading & Manufacturing Co. came into existence along with Dysin-Chem Ltd. back in 1984 to manufacture textile auxiliaries. To cope-up with the increasing market demand & to ensure more customer oriented services, the unit has been registered as a Joint-Stock Company in 2000 & became NAM Trading & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. At the same time a new plant is established to manufacture at a larger capacity.

In 1990 we established Ansams (Pvt) Limited - a manufacturing company for liquid and powder detergents for textile industries and household use.

In 1995 we established Dysin-Chem Industries (Pvt.) Limited for manufacturing Pigment emulsions, and standardization of OBA (Optical Brightening Agent) for textile industries.

For the countrywide marketing and distribution of our products and services, we brought up Dysin-Chem Corporation in 1996 and till now nine sales and distribution outlets are set-up around the country.

To serve the poor people free of cost, we established a charitable hospital in 1997 with the name Saifunnesa-Mokbul Charitable Hospital located at Bholahat, Chapainobabgonj District.

In 2001 Dysin-Chem Ltd. Has been awarded the Corporate Membership of AATCC (American Association for Textile Chemists & Colorists), the world's most prestigious association in the textile industrial era.

In December 2002, a Socio-Economic Rural Human Resources Development Program has been brought up by Dysin. In this program Pollimangal Computer Training Center has been established at Bholahat, Chapainobabganj.

We came this far with our only goal: Customer Satisfaction. And we believe, it's only the beginning.
